He got immediately to work and was very sensitive to our cats who were only slightly inconvenienced by his work. John and his son power washed our house, lanai screen and deck, our driveway and sidewalk. Then, they washed all of our windows inside and out, including the screens and window tracks. The house looks better than it ever has and the price was reasonable. Can't ask for more than that. He is doing good, even in this economy. Tells you something doesn't it? His Son will be in the business soon with his Dad. This company has come to our home twice to perform the service of house washing and gutter cleaning. Always on time, do what they say they will do and always better than promised. John's pricing is so inline and reasonable my wife told him he deserved a $10,00 tip. He is worth every penny and then some. We have agreed that he needs to come back every six months to do the gutters, We live between two vacant lots that are full of pine trees. There is no contract just his word. I trust John's word.
